Healing Items:

• Ducttape - restores minor hp
• Earth Beer - Restores HP
• Bernie Burger - Restores HP, but has a chance of causing confusion because of sad feelings
• Pineapple Salad - Fully restores hp to your party, but the user of the item dies after a couple of turns ;_; if the battle is won before that, the user obviously doesn't die.
• eepberries - restore hp
• SP Drink - restores mp
• SP Drink DX - restores even more mp
• Kusuha health drink - Fully restores hp/mp but gives the partymember Space Aids.

Status Healing items:

• Waltfeld's coffee - wake up from sleep and sleep immunity for a couple of turns
• GAINAX - cures QUALITY, might induce berserk
• Can of Bright Slap - cures all status ailments including death
• AR.rar - Cures space aids

Stat raising items/buff items:

• Mic's discs - various effects like buffing your party, debuffing your foes etc...
• Bottled SCIENCE - Raises magic stats for a couple of turns
• Red Paint - party member becomes 3 times faster
• Letter G - boosts party with the attack stat
• Bottle of Hot Blood- attack up on party member
• Doujinshi - raises agility stat, chance to paralyze character for one turn
• Morvabul Flame - Party Member can use a command twice in a turn
• Magnetic Coating - raises the agility of your party

Damage/status ailment items:

• Freedom Gashapon - Beamspams your foes
• Salt - The foe become confused because they don't have salt ;_; foes also become QUALITY
• Simon and Kamina glasses - work like a boomerang to damage your foes
• My mom's head... - Scares away foes
• Core Drill - instakill on foes, works on certain bosses
• Picture of LoranBasaraEvin - foes become unsure of their sexual preference (confused)
• Back_Knight post - random character(s) in a battle (including foes) become berserk
• A.R. post - gives foes space aids
• The laws of physics - Mechanical enemies incur MASSIVE DAMAGE
• The Emperor's Wrath - An XBOX HUEG mecha foot steps on the enemy

Other:

• Basara's discs - Various effects, foes running away, party members getting berserk, female characters getting buffs
• Trombe Disc - Foes are paralyzed for a couple of turns
• Keroball - random effects
• Box o' plot armor - Character becomes invulnerable for a turn or 2
• Haman Promotions - Secret item given by Might Gaine. Paralyzes your foes for 2 turns and gives your whole party a boost to all stats
• Wall - To be crushed by Dogi
• Denebu Candy - Makes monsters leave the fight because the candy is so delicious.

Accessories

• Quattro Glasses - Raises the Agi of the wearer
• Gold Joints - Increases Strength
• G-Stone - Gives a permanent MP regen effect
• Haro - The good kind. Restores a small amount of hp each turn to the wearer. --"Haro Genk!"
• Alloy Z - Increases Defense
• Organoid System - Increases all stats
