Possibly the most peculiar resident of /m/town. Follows the party around, appearing when they DON'T need him. Each time the party encounters him, he gives them a different "Picture of LoranBasaraEvin", an item used in-battle that causes your enemies (or potentially allies) to be instantly confused. When all of the "Pictures of LoranBasaraEvin" are obtained, he can be used as a summon in battle.
